1. About these terms

2. These are not our engagement terms

These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by the proposal and contract we agree with you in writing. Where there is any conflict between these terms and a signed engagement contract, the engagement contract wins.

3. The content on this site is general

Everything on this site is published for general information. It describes what we do and how we think, but it is not advice for your particular situation, and it is not professional, legal or financial advice.

Please do not act, or hold off acting, on the basis of anything here without speaking to us or another suitably qualified adviser about your own circumstances. We take care over what we publish, but we do not promise that everything on the site is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.

Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either of us to go further. A contract only comes into existence when we have agreed a written proposal or contract.
